Isn't it interesting that when people criticize something like this they never argue the individual points of contention with facts and logic, but they only hurl insults and vague criticisms, and of course, almost always try to vilify the messenger(s) to prevent the general public from hearing the truth.

Overall this documentary should awaken both the Christian community and the secular to an awareness of the popular lies many have come to believe. It is difficult to adequately cover each topic in a way that would satisfy both audiences, however the area i see as lacking in the film is the "scientific" proofs that are available that directly dispell the lies. I would have prefered more time be spent on these truths and less time spent on arguing about the concepts of truth versus lies. (Posted on 1/7/11)

"12 Biggest Lies" is a DVD that should be shown in every Church and in every Bible Study class. It's about time that somebody pointed out - in a brief, understandable, and entertaining effort like this - the fallacy of the many crackpot ideas that Christians have to face every day. If you see a negative review, you know it hit home; you'll notice that those with negative reviews must revert to Christian-bashing and name-calling in their response because there is simply no substance to their positions and they cannot actually defend the secularist, pseudo-scientific drivel to which they cling. They certainly are vocal about however. Pray for them ... it's hard to believe they can be that proud of poor debate skills. It appears the Christian fundamentalists and their lap dog commentators will stop at nothing to try and bring some sort of credibility to their creepy agenda. The video starts off innocently enough, but as it progeses, it earily becomes apparent this is religious propaganda clothed as honest independant research. This is typical of fundamentalists and their attempts to make the world their own. No wonder honest intelligent people are turned off by religion if this is how it is presented.
